Compliance and Control

• Powerful GDPR Anonymisation Controls (New): You now have full control to manage your data retention policies. A new, configurable task can automatically anonymise records (including Visitors, Staff, and Person Groups) older than a time period you define (up to 7 years). These settings are off by default, giving you the power to configure them exactly to your legal requirements. We encourage you to review and activate these settings in line with your compliance strategy. 
• New Job Events Report (New): A new report creation page has been added for Job Events. You can quickly generate comprehensive reports based on Date, Name, Company, and Staff Member assigned. From the generated report, you can click a job name to go directly to the event page or download the data instantly.

Efficiency and Auditing

• Clone Permit Templates: Duplicate a full permit layout (including Titles, Warnings, and Permit Type) and save it under a new name.
• Clone Question Groups: Clone any group of safety questions and reuse them across different templates or sections.
• Clone Custom Fields: Copy any existing custom field across modules and edit its details, input configuration, and role access.
• New Audit Columns: We've added 'Added by/on' and 'Modified by/on' information columns to several key People and Asset View pages for better tracking and
