Visits: Staff

This guide is to walk the reader through how to access and use the report - Visits: Staff

    1. To get to this report, click ‘Reports’ on the left-hand navigation panel.

    2. Then click ‘Visits: Staff’.

    3. Here you will be able filter the report to your choosing. Start by using the dropdown labelled ‘Staff Members’. This minimum field needs to be filled in before you can search filter.

    4. You can also click the magnifying glass next to the field to search for a specific staff member.

    5. You can refine the search further by inputting the ‘Frist Name’ and ‘Surname’.

    6. You can also use the name of an event as well, using the ‘Visit Name’ field.

    7. Click ‘Submit’ to run the report.

    8. This will take you to a report, where you can download the report into a excel .CSV file.

    9. If you want to start again on the report, you can click the ‘Reset’ button in the bottom left corner.
