If you have been locked out of your account   ** 1. There are two ways to unlock your account: wait 5 minutes and you will be able to attempt to log in again or contact the support team. 2. The helpdesk team are available on (+44) 01270 531883, and on email at [helpdesk@sgworld.com](mailto:helpdesk@sgworld.com). They will be able to assist in unlocking your account. 2. ### How to reset your password.   1. For your security, the Helpdesk team are unable to reset or assign new passwords. The system is self-service.  2. To reset your password, go to the login page on the 5D portal [https://app.sgw5d.com/login](https://app.sgw5d.com/login). Clicking the 'Forgotten Password' link will open a new page asking you to enter your email address. On submitting a reset request, you will receive an email asking you to reset your password. Enter your new password into both boxes. This must be the same in both boxes for the system to accept it. When done press ‘Reset’. The password has minimum requirements for it to be accepted.
