Allowing you to create customised information screens on your Visitor System home screen, without the requirement for people to check-in. Allowing you to display Event's information, Recruitment, Location information and so much more!
First you will need to create a "Workflow Stage", this is where you will design your screen. Go to the left navigation bar on the SGW5D Portal and select Workflows > Stages > Add. You will need to name your Screen and continue by clicking Preview/Configure. (If you can't see this you may not have permission, please contact your account owner).
Here you will be able to add pictures, text and even a video if you wish. You can preview and edit as much as you like, save it when you are happy.
Now your screen has been created you will need to create a "Visitor Workflow" and include your newly created Workflow Screen. You will find this under Workflows > Visitors > Add. Click the Green + to add the screen('s) you wish to use.
Finally you will need to add this to a button onto your Touchscreen Display.
Find your Touchscreen under Configuration > Touchscreens and click on the pencil symbol to edit. Choose one of the additional buttons and click the tick box to make it active, name it what you would like to be displayed in the button and Select the created Workflow. (ensure you leave the visit type box empty, this will ensure the visitor check-in process is bypassed).
Your button will now be displayed on the Home Screen and activate the Slide('s) you have chosen.
