A quick and easy tool to check if your SGW5D Touchscreen application is able to connect to our Cloud Service.
Simply click on the Network symbol on the bottom right of the login box:

If the response after a short delay is a green tick, you are connected and should be able to login and use the system.
❌
A red cross indicates no connection to the SGW5D Cloud Service. Please check your internet connection.
