How to view a Contractor in a Job Event

1. From the contractor module, start by clicking ‘Jobs’ on the left-hand navigation panel.
2. This will take you to a list of old and active jobs. Locate the job you want view the contactors of; click on the name of the job or the magnifying glass to access the record.
3. This will take you to the Job Overview page. To view the contractors linked to a job event, click the person icon located next to the recycle bin icon.
4. A hidden section will expand, displaying all contractors that have been selected for this job event. This will give you options, of signing in the contracts, completing permits, printing a pass and deleting them from the job event.
