How to set up a workflow for a Regular Contractor

This guide is to walk the reader through how to create a workflow for a regular contractor 

    1. Using the left-hand navigation panel, click ‘Workflows’.

    2. Then click ‘Regular Contractors’.

    3. This will take you into the ‘Regular Contractor Sign In’ page. This page will display the sign in methods that can be used to sign in regular contractors, as well as their workflows.

    4. Any workflows assigned to ‘Web’ will on display on the portal rather than on a touchscreen.

    5. Any workflows assigned to ‘Touchscreen’ will appear on the touchscreen.

    6. If you want to start adding stages to a sign in method. Click the pencil icon to start editing the workflow.

    7. From this page you can start adding or removing stages to workflows. The left-hand side box labelled ‘Stages’ is the actual displayed workflow. In here you will be able to see what stages are currently being used, to change the order or remove them from the list.

    8. You can add stages to the current workflow by using the right-hand side box ‘Available Stages’.

    9. To add a stage, click the plus symbol next to the stage you want to add. There is no limit on the number of stages that can be added to a workflow.

    10. Under the stages box you can remove all stages by using the bin icon on the same row as ‘Name’.

    11. You can remove induvial stages, by clicking on the bin icon on the row of the slide you want to remove.

    12. You can change the order of which the stages will appear. The top stage will be the first and then moving down in order is how they will appear on the chosen sign in method. You can use the arrows on the row with the stages to change the order.

    13. Click the green save icon in the top right corner.
