How to set mandatory or hide fields in the Touchscreen
This guide is to walk the reader through how to set mandatory fields, or hide those fields.

- You will need to be in the editor of the touchscreen, if are unsure how to do that please see this guide.
- Click the ‘Visitor’ button on the left-hand side navigation.
- Scroll down the page and you will see three dropdown boxes. These will be labelled Email Address, Company, and Vehicle Registration.
- If you click on any of the dropdowns, you will be presented with three options.
- Hidden – Will hide the field on the touchscreen and visitors will not be able to see it.
- Optional – The visitor will be able to see the field but will not be required to put anything in, but they will have the option to if they want.
- Required - means they will have to fill in the field no matter what.
- When you have changed the requirements, be sure to click ‘Submit’ to save any changes.
