How to restore a Staff Member

This guide is to walk the reader through how to restore a staff member.  The guide will show you from the Visitor module perspective, but these steps can be replicated on any module.

    1. From anywhere in the module, click ‘People’ to open the drop-down.

    2. Click ‘Staff’.

    3. This will take you to the ‘Staff’ overview page. To restore a deleted record, you will need click on the filter icon in the top right corner.

    4. Change the ‘Status’ field from ‘Active’ to ‘Deleted’.

    5. Locate the record you wish to restore and click the bin icon with an arrow pointing upwards.

    6. This will then ask you to confirm restoration of the record, click ‘Confirm’ to restore the record.
