How to reset your touchscreen’s password

1. Click ‘Configuration’ using the left-hand navigation panel. This will open a drop-down menu.
2. Click ‘Touchscreens’.
3. This will take you to the ‘Touchscreen List’ page. This page will show you all your current touchscreens. Here you will be able to edit, delete and create a new touchscreen. To change the password of touchscreen, click the padlock symbol to rest the password.
4. It will ask you for the new password and to then confirm the new password. It does have a minimum requirement, when setting. You will need at least one capital letter, 1 lower case, 1 special character and at least 8 characters in length.
