[App](https://knowledge.sgworld.com/app?hsLang=en) # How to log a new Incident using the app ## This guide is to walk the reader through logging an incident using the app. 1. 1. To log a new indent within the app, you must first be in the accident and incident module. Locate and tap the **Accident / Incident** module tile. ![](https://knowledge.sgworld.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-07-2026-04-01-01-4554-PM.png?width=220&height=468&name=image-png-Oct-07-2026-04-01-01-4554-PM.png) 3. Upon entering the accident module, you will be in the accident **Accidents Dashboard**. You will need to navigate to the incident section of the dashboard.
