How to edit a Staff Absence Reason

This guide is to walk the reader through how to edit a staff absence reason. 

  1. From anywhere in the visitor module, click ‘Configuration’.

  2. The click ‘Staff Absence Reasons’.

  3. You will be taken to the ‘Staff Absence Reasons List’. To edit a staff reason, click the pencil icon on the row of the ‘Staff Absence Reason’.

  4. You can then edit the name of the reason.

  5. Click ‘Submit’ to save any changes.
