In the ‘Accounts List’, find the user you wish to remove from the system. 4. A pop-up box will appear at the top, asking you to confirm the deletion of the account. Click Confirm and the account will be deleted. *N.b. If the account was deleted by accident or needs to be reactivated; you will need to contact the SG World helpdesk to do so.
