How to delete an account

1. Click on your initials in the top right corner of the screen and click ‘System’.
2. Navigate the left-hand column and click on ‘Accounts’.
3. In the ‘Accounts List’, find the user you wish to remove from the system.
4. To delete a user, click on the recycle-bin icon on the right-hand side of the accounts name.
5. A pop-up box will appear at the top, asking you to confirm the deletion of the account. Click Confirm and the account will be deleted. N.b. If the account was deleted by accident or needs to be reactivated; you will need to contact the SG World helpdesk to do so. Contact information is in this guide.
