How to delete 2FA

1. Click the Icon containing your initials in the top right corner of the 5D application.
2. Click ‘2 Factor Authentication’ from the list that appears below.
3. This will take you to a page with a wide, thin ‘Disable’ button. Click ‘Disable’.
4. It will advise you that you will need to check your emails. You will receive an email containing a link that is asking you to confirm you wish to proceed.
5. click the ‘Click Here’ button.
6. When you click the link it will open a webpage, you will see a box with ‘Click to Disable’. Click ‘Confirm’.
7. You will now get message confirming that 2FA is now disabled.
