How to create Questions Groups
This guide is to walk the reader through how to create a permit group.

- From the Contractor module, click ‘Permit Set Up’.

- From the dropdown menu, click ‘Question Groups’.

- This will take you to a list of all your permit groups. To create a new question group, click the plus symbol in the top right of the results box.

- You will now be taken to the area where you can create your question group, starting with the ‘Information’ box. Begin by entering the ‘Display Title’, which will be the name of the group.

- Below ‘Display Title’ is ‘Internal Title’. This field can be used to describe the purpose or content of the questions being asked.

- On the far left of the screen, you’ll see ‘Available Questions’. Here, you can select questions by clicking the plus symbol next to each one, or search for specific questions using the ‘Search’ box.

- When a question is added, it will appear in the ‘Questions’ box in the centre of the screen. You can adjust the position of each question using the arrow icons.

- You can remove individual questions using the recycle bin icon next to each one or remove all questions using the recycle bin icon on the blue bar of the ‘Questions’ section.

- To save your work, click the green save icon.

- From the Contractor module, click ‘Permit Set Up’.
