How to create an Evacuation Group.
This guide is to walk the reader through how to create an evacuation group.

- Using the left-hand navigation panel, click ‘People Group’.
- Click ‘Evacuation Group’.
- This will take you to the ‘Evacuation List’ and it will give you an overview of all. To all the currently created evacuation groups. To create an evacuation group, click the plus symbol in the top right corner.
- You can give the evacuation group a ‘Name’.
- To add records to the group, click the plus symbol in the top right corner of the ‘Assigned Persons’ box.
- A pop-up box will appear, allowing you to select what record type you wish to start adding.
- This will take you to a page where you can select which record you want to add to the evacuation group. You add a record by clicking anywhere on the record and the tick will turn green, inducting that it has been selected.
- You can search for a record by using the search bar.
- You can click ‘Change’ at the top to change what record type you are adding to the evacuation group.
- When you have added all the records that need to be added, click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom.
- To save any changes, click the green save icon.
- Using the left-hand navigation panel, click ‘People Group’.
