How to create a Touchscreen

This is guide is to walk the reader through creating a touchscreen account, this will create a login for the touchscreen application allowing the booking of visitor and contractors via a touchscreen. You create a touchscreen by either, the Contractor or Visitor module. This guide can be for both modules.

  1. Click ‘Configuration’ using the left-hand navigation panel. This will open a drop-down menu.

  2. Click ‘Touchscreens’.

  3. This will take you to the ‘Touchscreen List’ page. This page will show you all your current touchscreens. Here you will be able to edit, delete and create a new touchscreen. To create a new touchscreen, click the plus symbol in the top right. 



  4. A pop-up overlay page will appear; this will give you the login details for the touchscreen account. If you click print, this will print off the QR code which you can use to login. N.B. it is worth keeping safe the printed QR code document as it cannot be printed again.
