How to create a supplier

This guide shows how to create a supplier. The purpose of a supplier is to track when items need to go off-site e.g. for a service or repair.

  1. How to create a supplier
    1. Using the left-hand navigation panel go to ‘Inventory’ and then to ‘Supplier’.



    2. You will be presented with a list of any suppliers that you have already input onto the system, to create a new supplier click ‘Add New’ in the top right.



    3. You only need to fill out the name of the supplier to be able to create the record, you can add a VPN number if required but this is optional. Press ‘Create’ in the top or bottom right to complete the supplier set up.
