How to create a Staff Absence Reason.
This guide is to walk the reader through how to create a staff absence reason.

- To create a staff absence, use the left-hand navigation panel and click on ‘People’.
- Click on ‘Staff’.
- This will take you to the ‘Staff List’. To create an absence for a staff member, click on the icon that is a calendar image marked by a x.
- Here you will be able to create a new absence, by selecting a start and end date that the staff member was absent for.
- You can then set the time that the staff member was absent for.
- You can additionally set absent reason, by using the dropdown.
- You can also add additional notes about the absence.
- When this information has been filled in, click ‘Submit’ to create the staff absence.
- To create a staff absence, use the left-hand navigation panel and click on ‘People’.
