How to create a Staff Absence Reason.

This guide is to walk the reader through how to create a staff absence reason. 

    1. To create a staff absence, use the left-hand navigation panel and click on ‘People’.

    2. Click on ‘Staff’.

    3. This will take you to the ‘Staff List’. To create an absence for a staff member, click on the icon that is a calendar image marked by a x.

    4. Here you will be able to create a new absence, by selecting a start and end date that the staff member was absent for.

    5. You can then set the time that the staff member was absent for.

    6. You can additionally set absent reason, by using the dropdown.

    7. You can also add additional notes about the absence.

    8. When this information has been filled in, click ‘Submit’ to create the staff absence.
