How to create a Regular Contractor
This guide is to walk the reader through how to create a regular contractor. Regular contractors are used across multiple modules. This guide can be used for the other modules.
- 
- Starting from the dashboard, click on the left-hand navigation panel and open the drop down.   
- Click ‘Regular Contractors’.  
- This will take you to the overview page of you regular contractors, to create a new regular contractor click the plus symbol in the top right.   
- There are three fields that will need to be filled in before a regular contractor can be created. The first two are first name and surname.   
- The third mandatory field is the expiry date which can set by clicking anywhere on the field and using the pop-up calendar to select a date.   
- The ‘Barcode’ field will create a barcode automatically, upon the creation of the record.   
- The ‘RFID’ will be covered in another guide.  
- All other fields are only used for the pass design and do not interact with the system, in any meaningful way.   
- You can add a picture of the regular contractor by Clicking the ‘Select’ button.   
- A new pop-up will appear which ask you too either upload an already obtained image of the contractor, or use the webcam to take picture of them.   
- When you have made all your amendments click the green save button in the top right corner to create the new record.
