How to create a contractor sign in

This guide will show the user how create and edit a contractor sign in.


    1. From anywhere in the Contractor module, use the left-hand navigation panel and click ‘Workflows and Inductions’.



    2. Then click on ‘Contractor Sign-in’.

    3. You will be presented with three options, each representing a different method for contractor sign-in. Each method can have its own workflow attached:  
      1. Web – appears when a contractor signs in via the web portal. 
      2. Mobile – appears when a contractor signs in using their phone via the contactless function. 
      3. Touchscreen – used to configure the stages that appear on the touchscreen interface.

    4. To edit any of these methods, click the pencil icon which is next to the sign-in method you wish to add stages to.

    5. To add stages to the workflow, use the leftmost box labelled ‘Available Stages’. Click the plus symbol next to the stage that you wish to add.

    6. You can change the order of the stages using the up and down arrows. The top stage will be displayed first to the contractor.

    7. To remove stages individually, click the recycle bin icon. If you want to remove all stages at once, click the topmost, darker coloured recycle bin icon.

    8. When you’re finished making changes, click the green save icon in the top right corner of the screen to save your updates.
