How to create a Company Document Template 

This guide is to walk the reader through how to create a documentation template.


  1. Within the Contractor module, using the left-hand navigation panel, click ‘Configuration’. 



  2. Then click ‘Company Documents’.

  3. This will take you to a list of your current company documents. To create a new company document, click the plus symbol in the top right corner.

  4. Here, you will be able to start filling out the details of the company document, such as entering the name of the required document using the ‘Name’ field. 



  5. You can also add a description for the required document.

  6. In the ‘Requirements’ box, you can specify what is needed for the document to be valid, such as an expiry date, a file, or a value. Use the checkboxes to set out what is required for this document.

  7. You can also attach a document that will be sent out to the contractor company, as part of the documentation automation process. You can either drag the document to the attached file box or browse using the ‘Browse for Document’.  



  8. When you have made your changes, click the green save icon in the top right corner.
