How to change the host search

This guide to walk the reader through how to change the host search on the touchscreen. 

    1. You will need to be in the editor of the touchscreen. If you are unsure how to do this, please the following guide. 
    2. To start go into the ‘Visitor’ button on the left-hand side.

    3. Halfway down the centre page you will see a field labelled ‘Host Search’.

    4. Use the drop down to set what host search you want. Here you will have three options.

    5. The first option is ‘Default’. This will show all staff members on the system that can be selected as a host.

    6. The second option is ‘Strict’, which will require the visitor put their full first name and surname of the staff member for them to appear on the list.

    7. The last option is ‘Fuzzy’, which requires the visitor to put only the first three letters of the first and surname of the staff member.

    8. Click ‘Submit’ to save any changes.
