How to change the host search
This guide to walk the reader through how to change the host search on the touchscreen.

- You will need to be in the editor of the touchscreen. If you are unsure how to do this, please the following guide.
- To start go into the ‘Visitor’ button on the left-hand side.
- Halfway down the centre page you will see a field labelled ‘Host Search’.
- Use the drop down to set what host search you want. Here you will have three options.
- The first option is ‘Default’. This will show all staff members on the system that can be selected as a host.
- The second option is ‘Strict’, which will require the visitor put their full first name and surname of the staff member for them to appear on the list.
- The last option is ‘Fuzzy’, which requires the visitor to put only the first three letters of the first and surname of the staff member.
- Click ‘Submit’ to save any changes.
