How to add a Contractor to a Job Event
The purpose of this guide is to walk the reader through how to add a new contractor to an existing job.

- From the contractor module, start by clicking ‘Jobs’ on the left-hand navigation panel.

- This will take you to a list of old and active jobs. Locate the job you want to add a contractor too and click on the name of the job or the magnifying glass to access the record.

- This will take you to the job View page. To add a contractor, click the person icon with a “+”.

- A new page will open where you can select one or more contractors. Click Select next to the contractor’s name to add them. You will then return to the job overview page.

- You can also add contractors to a company from this page by clicking the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner.

- Fill in the contractor’s details. These details will be saved automatically for future use. Click Submit to save the contractor.

- From the contractor module, start by clicking ‘Jobs’ on the left-hand navigation panel.
