How to add a class

This guide is to walk the reader through how to add a class

    1. Use the left-hand navigation panel and navigate to People groups.

    2. Click ‘Classes’.

    3. This will take you to the ‘Classes List’. To add a new class, click the plus symbol in the top right.

    4. The only required a field is the ‘Name’ field.

    5. You can store an email address against the class.

    6. You can then assign students to the class by clicking the plus symbol in the top right of assigned people.

    7. You can use the search function at the top of the page to search for the required students.

    8. To add a student to the class, click the on their record and the tick should turn green.

    9. When done selecting student, click ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the page.

    10. When you have added all the students make sure to press the save icon the top right to save the class.
