Evacuation Registers Report

This guide is to walk the reader through how to access and use the evacuation reports

    1. To access the evacuation registers report, click ‘Reports’ on the left-hand navigation panel.



    2. Then click ‘Evacuation Registers’.



    3. This will take you to a list of all your past fire evacuation reports. This page will also show you if an evacuation is currently running.



    4. To view an evacuation report, click the magnifying glass symbol which will be next to the report that you wish to view.



    5. This will open the report. From here, you will be able to view what took place during the evacuation. You can also download a copy of the report by clicking the cloud symbol in the top right.
