Attendance: Historical Visitors

This guide is to help the reader use the attendance report for historical visitors.

    1. From any part of the Visitor module, use the left-hand navigation panel and click ‘Reports’. 



    2. Browse through the list and click ‘Attendance: Historical Visitors’.

    3.  This will open the report, where you will be able to filter the data. The minimum required fields are ‘From’ and ‘To’, which are marked as mandatory with a red asterisk.

    4.  You can search for someone specific by using the ‘Name’ field.

    5.  You can also change which record types appear on either Contractor or Visitor, by using the checkboxes to select the records you want to view.

    6.  There is an option to ‘Exclude No Time on Site’. Selecting this checkbox will remove any records with no-shows.

    7. When you're done, click ‘Submit’.

    8. This will generate the report on the page. You can download it by clicking the cloud symbol in the top right corner. This will download a .csv file to your PC.
